SHIPPING. $25 shipping for all hand guns and $35 for all rifle and long guns. AR and AK style pistols will be $35 shipping.all handguns will be shipped with FEDEX ground unless requested otherwise by the buyer and 5-7 day ground shipping for long guns and other products via FedEx OR UPS. Accessories ship for $14.99 unless otherwise noted. Ammunition is a flat $14.99 per unit. if you like combined discount please contact us since every item is different we can usually give you multi item discount on shipping. 

Due to high order volume, please allow 3-5 business days processing time once payment and FFL are received. Our main shipping days are TUESDAY, THURSDAY and Friday. Optional shipping insurance available on request. Buyer assumes risk for uninsured shipments. Shipments to Alaska or Hawaii or any other state WILL incur extra shipment fees at checkout, contact the store for estimates or questions. If insurance is desired, please request a quote prior to bidding.

FFL LICENSE A copy of the receiving FFL license must be provided before shipment. An emailed copy can be sent to AUSTINAUTOEMPORIUM1@GMAIL.COM  with your order number or a printed copy included with payment by mail. we will send copy of our FFL to your dealer with the item once its shipped. your dealer can also request copy from us by emailing our email adress above. 
Any transfer fees that the FFL holder charges must be paid by the buyer and are not included in the auction price. Please check with your dealer on their FFL charges and rules and procedures. 
We do reserve the right to end Auction or listing with at any time before the end of auction for sale in store. 

All Items are Sold as is, we will do our best to describe and picture the condition of firearms. Factory new items have the manufacturers warranty.

Any defect discovered after the transfer of the firearm must be returned directly to the manufacturer for repair or replacement in accordance with the warranty policy. By sending a defective firearm directly to the manufacturer, you can avoid unnecessary transfer fees.

INSPECTIONS AND RETURNS Firearms MUST be inspected BEFORE leaving your receiving FFL. We will not accept responsibility for firearms that were not inspected on receipt. All canceled orders or orders that were not picked up by buyer will be refunded minus all Shipping and listing charges from total order price and negative feedback will be left. If you are not sure you want it or do not know if it is legal to own in your state , DO NOT BID or buy. if there are any issues with your order please contact our store so we can assist you with it. we do our best to make sure all our customers are happy with their purchase.
